I almost didn't put AI in the app
Every app grew a chatbot last year, and I was in no hurry to join them. Why I built the AI to do less on purpose — calculate what can be measured, reason from proven principles, and hand the final call back to you.
The right tool for the moment, not every moment

After 50, I realized "doing fine" wasn't fine. Most fitness apps optimize one piece of the puzzle — but real progress comes from training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery working together. So I started building.
